Shipping policy

Shipping Timeline
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days via UPS or USPS. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking and Liability
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided and scanned by USPS or UPS, SwoooshSF is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All domestic orders include shipping insurance at no additional charge for your protection.

Address Requirements
Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses match when placing your order. Orders with mismatched addresses will be canceled for security reasons. If you need to ship to a different address, contact us beforehand at Swooshsanfrancisco@gmail.com or via Instagram DM (@SwoooshSF) to discuss an alternative solution.

International Shipping and Customs
For international shipments, all packages will be marked at full value for customs and duty declarations unless you contact us in advance via Instagram (@SwoooshSF) to arrange an alternative customs value. Any additional customs duties or taxes charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.
